Business router CG3000DCR password reset
Last night we lost access to the Internet after our business Netgear CG3000DCR router rebooted. In trying to diagnose the problem, I attempted to log in to the router's web interface. The web interface loaded, but I could not log in. I tried both the password we setup previously and the default factory password. Neither worked. I've rebooted several times.
Why would our router set a new, unknown password? Please reset our router's password to the system default. Thank you.

Hello accuradio and welcome,
If you are NOT using any Comcast static IP, you can depress the little reset button on the back of the CG3000DCR for 15 seconds and this will reset all back to default including your login credentials password back to highspeed. If you are using static IP then you will need to contact 800-391-3000, use high speed internet technical and request the techincal agent to reset you highspeed password.
