Business Modem Reset

Hello, I need to have my Comcast Business modem password reset, not sure how it got changed from the default. Thx.

Hello SMT and welcome,

 

If you are not a static IP customer then you can depress the little black reset button on the rear of the Comcast Gateway (CG) for minimum 15 seconds and this will put all features back to factory default including your CG login credentials.
