Arris SURFboard S33 Approved Modem ETA for business accounts?
I'm looking to terminate my residential account and move to a business account, but it does not appear that the newly released DOCSIS 3.1 Arris SURFboard S33 modem is on the business approved modem list yet although it is for residential. Is there an ETA on when this modem will be an approved device for business accounts?

Hello, Stevey5036, I hope your week is off to a good start. I apologize, there's no ETA at the moment for the Arris S33 to be compatible with Comcast Business. Even though this could change in the future it's best to go with a modem that is currently on the Comcast Business approved modem list. It seems like you have the modem compatible list for both business and residential services. If you have any further questions please let us know.

Any update on this? I just got one to replace the old docsis 3.0 modem, but I found out it is not supported today during install.
