Am I doing this wrong?
Am I doing something wrong when I try to get help here? I have sent repeated personal messages to Comcast support people and have failed to get responses!
This has been going on for over a month! Am I sending these messages wrong? It says they are "unread".

Thank you. My problem does not seem to be general messages to the forum.... but private messages to comcast techs.
They go unanswered...... and it would appear unread as well!
