Adding a second router

I now have a Sonicwall router behind Comcast Enterprise using a static address.

i have spare static addresses and would like to add a second Sonicwall router so that I can point a new domain to it.

My question is:

Do I need to configure the second router within the Comcast Módem? Or do I just plug the new router in back of the spare ports and then configure it to the new gateway address ?

Will the Comcast módem recognize the new router?
