Adding 3rd party Wireless Mesh Network
I purchased a mesh wi-fi network (TP-Link Deco AX3000) and was trying to see if there is anything I need to know/do with the Cisco DCP3939B modem before I start to install these units.
Thanks

You would do this before installing the mesh network and you can pick full bridge mode. Also, you can follow this link https://comca.st/3dPLCVa to learn how to disable the firewall.

Hello, how are you? I hope overall your day has been a good one! You will want to put the modem in bridge mode. Do you know if your TP-Link has its own firewall? If yes, you can log into the modem and turn off the firewall also.

Comcast_Joseph:
Some addition questions:
1. Do I change the DCP3939B bridge setting before or after installing the mesh device?
Here's what my current router settings look like. Should I pick Pseudo or Full?
2. The mesh includes a firewall. How do I turn off the DCP3939B firewall?
Thanks again,
