How do I reset my cusadmin password on the modem. We have forgotten the password.

Hello there, @user_26f94d. I hope you are having a good day. I always forget my passwords from time to time, so I feel your frustration with this. The only way to reset/restore the password would be to do a factory reset. This will erase all settings (passwords, parental controls, firewall). Are you familiar with how to do this?
