Want a new .comcastbiz.net domain

Question

I just took over an account from a previous business and I want to clear out their domain names. I have a domain but don't want/need to transfer it to Comcast. Instead I'd like one of the free comcastbiz.net subdomains added to my account.

I have tried to call several times but I keep getting disconnected when they transfer me to the "internet department".

How can I do this?

Hello hooverlunch and welcome,

If you are a new Transfer Of Responsibility account owner, then it will be neccessary for you to call in to 800-391-3000, use technical high speed internet option, then request that the technical agent fill out a Tier 2 ticket to have you Business Class Portal account flushed/initialized. Then you will then be able to re-register this account from scratch using any of your administration email and develop your own free 3 page website. When you crate your existing domain pay attention to step 3 in this link where you will Click on the left Register New Domain which is considered your new existing Comcast 3 page website.
