URGENT - Modem was reset and we lost our static IPs

We have had to reset our comcast business modem due to extremely slow upload speeds on our network.

In doing so, our static IP were removed, can someone please help in reprogramming the IP into our modem?

You could reach out to the Business team directly at the https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/contact-us/ link if you would like. You can also send us a direct message here. 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@Comcast_JohnG​ John, xfinity Support does not come up in the list of people, only comcast business. Is it because this is the business forum? I tried calling but they appear to be closed
