The new business voiceedge portal is complete garbage. Much harder to navigate and the loading time is much longer than before. Who else isn't happy with the change?

I have two employees that have left and two new hires coming in. How do I reset the passwords/mailboxes for these two phone numbers/extensions? I just want to change the name to the new ones and know how to do that but getting the new hires to be able to access voicemail is my challenge. Thanks i

When the engineer set up the buttons on all of our phones, he put a "overhead paging" button removing one of the employees. I need to remove the overhead paging button and place the removed employee back on the screen. I have looked everywhere I know and cannot find any info on how to do this. We
