Please contact your domain registrar who has administrator privilidges to your domain zone file information and can update your PTR Records as you need. If you need to update your name server records follow this process:
1. Log into the Business Class Portal using the administrators admin email,
2. Under Manage Services. click on Websites, then Manage Websites
3. In the Control Panel click on Domain Name, then make sure the radio but is checked on the website name you want to change the Name Server records on
4. then click the far right edit button and then click the edit button in Name Servers blocks and make your necessary changes.
