Transfering email to Comcast .. stuck at step 6.

Am transfering my email service from my old ISP to Comcast Business. Domain name is littleford.net. Went to old ISP and changed CNAME alias as in step 5. Sadly the link to Cache Query tool in step 6 seems broken -- gives a 404.

 

Also the manage services/websites menu option only shows register/bring domain -- no manage domain option

 

Any ideas ??

First, it is necessary for you to be using the administrator email account to do what you are trying to do.

 

Secondly, according to the below from dnsgoodies.com you are missing records :

CNAMENo CNAME record found.  Apparently, you need to go through this process again and make absolutely sure that your CNAM record is verified successfully.
