Static IP Not Responding

Hello, we've been having a problem with our static IP since last week. We have a Dell Sonicwall TZ 205 Wireless-N router that handles our LAN and WAN. We have only a couple of things that are affected by our Static IP, a credit card machine, and a program that is able to be logged into from anywhere as long as you have the IP in the programs target line. Locally we are having no problems but we are unable to log in anywhere else with the program or able to use our credit card machine. We are unsure how to fix this issue but it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Any questions about the issue let me know and I'll answer the best I can.

Hello Billshrinkers and welcome,

Please answer the following questions:

1. What is your credit card machine connected to a.) SonicWall DHCP Enet port b.) Wireless-N router or c.) one of your Comcast Gateway (CG) Lanports?

2.  Is your CG internal DHCP disabled or enabled?

3. What type of CG do you have a.) SMCD3G, b.) Netgear 3000CG or c.) DCP39XXB?

4.) Do you have any staticIP ports forwarded within your CG?

Will assist further after you answer the above questions.
