Static IP marked as spam on Uceprotectl2 (ISP poor reputation range)

We are unable to send email from our on-premise Exchange server (that has a static IP). This is only for verizon.net email addresses all other addressed are fine.

There is no way to request removal from this level 2 blacklist. Comcast should help in delisting or preventing other IPs in the shared block of IP addresses from causing issues.

Customer service has been of no help.
