Static IP Configuration Lost

My internet connectivity was not functioning. I power cycled the gateway and things were not much better. When working in the admin pages, everything was very slow to load. There were multiple entries of 

[Firewall][4447]: tsip_pm_enabled: 0

showing up in the System logs. 

I decided that perhaps I should try restoring the gateway back to factory settings. This seemed to fix my internet connectivity, but now I noticed that my 5 static IP block is no longer assigned! The gateway has an entirely different IP address assigned to it than before.

What gives here?
