Static IP Assignment in True Bridge Mode

So I'm setup with my DPC3939B in bridge mode.

I expected and confirmed with the CSR that I would be able to assign my static IPs once migrated.

Well, I'm having issue with that. I expected to either:

a.) WAN interface DHCP would be assigned a default address in my range, and I'd be able to route through the others.

b.) Setup my WAN inteface manually.

Well, Setting to DHCP receives a (seemingly) random IP. And trying to manually configure with the old settings doesn't work.

Am I missing something?

Hello Trent and welcome to forums,

I was looking at your modem configuration and did notice that you have DHCP disabled but for true bridge mode you would need a admin such as myself to enable it for you. Once completed you can then assign your static IP's on the devices in your network. For more details feel free to send me a private message.

Thank you

Is this new? I thought we had to have pseudo bridge mode running for static IP addresses?
