Reverse DNS request

I need to add a Reverse DNS entry for my IP address. I have followed the advice posted by several Comcast employees on here and sent direct messages, but nobody has responded. How can I get this done?

To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Thank you. I followed all of that, but I don't see any "Xfinity Support" in the drop down.
