Reverse DNS Request

Need to get a PTR record in place for 1 of my static IPs. Is there an email address to Business class support? If not, well I just don't understand how you can be "business class".  Please assist or point me how to get this done. Thanks.

Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message you further?

There is no Comcast Business listed that way - i've already Direct Messaged something called ComcastBiz_Support , could you answer me there please?

and now i've also sent a Direct Message to something labelled comcast_business (lowercase) - I will not be posting personal details on a public forum. Please answer the DM's that you already have on this.

again Thomas, you're not reading my responses above. There is NO user called Comcast Business - your team's instructions are NOT ACCURATE.  Let's start there.  Give me the correct authorized account to converse with, and then I'll be happy to do that .

@user_e68ca8, I'm not sure where the discrepancy may lie, but the directions we have for sending a private message are as follows :

Click the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Comcast Business” in the “To” section. 

 

If you're not seeing Comcast Business coming up, thanks for letting us know, I will get that reported. That is very odd as it has been working for us today, and we definitely want to make sure we are able to work with you. As an alternate route, you can also call in to (800) 391-3000.
