Reverse DNS for Static IPs

HI adams.  Please send me a private message with the IP address, the server name or domain name that they should resolve to and the associated account number and I will have the Server Admin input the request.

I did just what you're asking this user to do on my FreeBSD but the domain name does not resolve and this domain has been online since 1995. Pretty familiar with the process.

I have similar issue you just responded to and requested it to be sent to your private email but you did not provide it. I have a block of 5 IPs. I have registered domain(s) and I am trying to use couple of IPs on couple of the domains. My domains are registered and paid for the next five years and worked fine untile yesterday when I switched over to comacast IPs. None of the names get resolved. The db files are all set setup and working before today.

You can send the email address if you don't want to broadcast it to "norwoh@gmail.com" but instead of piece meal solution, you should have a better way of addressing this kind of issues with name resolutions.

What Operating system? If windows, you do that from the property of tcp/ip but different ways to get there depending on the version of Windows.
