Reverse DNS change needed

I need to request a modification to a clients reverse DNS PTR record as they recently moved and now have a new static IP address.

Please let me know what needs to be done

what is happening with these Reverse DMS that need to be changed, is this because comcast sold out to Office 365?? i need mine changed back asap, we are a business and this isnt funny!
