I have 2 PTR's I need changed, Who can I contact to have them updated?

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Account Number
3. RDNS entry - (EX: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd --> mail.mydomain.com)
It would be awesome if Comcast let cusomers with static IPs manage their own PTRs for the addresses they own. Any plans from Comcast to make this available without having to call someone?
We apologize but at this time customer has to call in for all PTR/RDNS requests.
