Router: SMCD3G-CCR I have several (linux) machines with public static IPs visible to the outside world. Let's call these machines the "A" group. I have 2 PTR's I need changed, Who can I contact to have them updated?- Jason

It would be awesome if Comcast let cusomers with static IPs manage their own PTRs for the addresses they own. Any plans from Comcast to make this available without having to call someone?  Tom.III

I have a /29 on a Comcast Business account. I'm trying to get rDNS delegated to my servers so I can control how these addresses resolve. In other words, I want what RFC2317 describes. If Comcast had some kind of web portal available where I could edit PTRs myself, I guess I could probably live with

Yes, I have done that several times already. Every time I call 800-741-4141, the folks there tell me they only deal with enterprise customers who subscribe to fiber service. They immediately transfer me to 800-391-3000 because I do not have fiber ser

I've tried calling into customer support--they seem to have no concept of a delegation. They asked for my mail server address?  Later I find they created a PTR record for an IP I gave them, pointing to my mail server,...? There is clearlty a misunderstanding. I simply want all reverse requests for m
