PTR Request

I need to get a PTR record set up. I tried last week to just send a PM with my info to Comcast_Joseph without posting here, but that doesn't seem to have gone anywhere. So who do I need to PM to get this done?

Please include your full name, the name of your business, the full address and the phone number associated with your account. In addition to that, please also provide the static you would like to use along with the domain of where you would like this to resolve to.
