PTR record for email server

We need to have a PTR record created for our email server.  What are the appropriate steps to get this done?

Hi Damion and welcome to the business support forums.

 

I can make the DNS request for you. Please private message me your account number, the name of your business, the static IP address and the name service it should be pointing to.
