Ownership Verification

I'm in the process of trying to migrate our companies email and webhosting to comcast. the first 2 steps show up as completed but step 3 says not completed. When I click on Manage domains, there is nothing listed. The CNAME is updated in our server to the correct address. Thoughts?

Make sure you place the cname entry into the current dns zone file. (On your current hosts dns server). If it was placed correctly, it should take normal propagation time (up to 24 hours). Then you will need to return to the portal and verify ownership. If you are still unable to verify, then there is something wrong with the cname entry for your domain.

Will it still take 24 hours to propagate if the TTL is set at 200 instead of 86400?

Changing the TTL to 200 can assist on propagating your record, but it is still good idea to wait for 24hrs before testing.
