New Customer - Static IP Issues
I am a new business customer (with a STATIC IP) who previously used the Comcast residential service. My residential gateway was in "bridge mode" with a Ubiquiti Edge Router light handling DHCP / routing. When I was installed after turning the gateway to "bridge mode) the Ubiquiti Edge router is still pulling the old residential IP address via DHCP. When attempting to specify the new static in the router I get no connectivity. Please assist.
