We'll need to work in a direct message, so we can locate your account. When you have a chance feel free to use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name, service address, and account number (or phone number) to "Comcast Business." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
If you don't see a "Comcast Business" option go ahead and send it to "Xfinity Support." Our forums team works on all forum’s posts so we’ll still get your DM either way 👍
