Need to add some Reverse DNS entries.

Hi, We need to add/update some reverse DNS entries to our static IP's and I can't find anywhere in our account to even request it, much less update it. Can anyone help, or provide some direction?

eventually had to call customer svc, and after getting bounced to five different folks, they were able to create a trouble ticket to get it added.
