Need rDNS/PTR set up

Howdy! I've sent private messages to several moderators without a single response or other activity, so I am going to post this here and hope someone will volunteer to help. I just need rDNS set up on one IP address. It's really simple. Anyone? Thanks!

I can definitely help with your reverse DNS request. Please private message me your account number and the name of your business. Please also include the static and where it should be pointing to.

Comcast_Phil, I sent you a private message on 8/30 with the same request and never received a response. When I look at your profile it says you haven't been online since that day.
