Need PTR records set up

PTR records are usually setup on your company server or your companies website to point to your 5 static IPs. For example you would add your PTR record on your website Cosco.com to point to a static IP that your on-premise exchange server is using so you can access your companies email outside your internal network. So on your website you would add a PTR for Mail.cosco.com/owa to point to > 50.XXX.XXX.XXX > Cosco on-premise exchange server.

Or I did see that Comcast can change PTRs on their end on another forum. Maybe @comcast_gabe can help you.
