need PTR record for my static IP address

I just got my connection set up and I wonder how can I get PTR record set for my static IP?

If so, please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, a phone number listed on the account, and the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), to verify the account we'll be modifying the PTRs on, as well as the IPs and the respective domains they need to point to. -Gabriel
