Need PTR for static IP

I pay for static IPs and could not find a way to set DNS PTR. Without PTR, other businesses have trouble contacting my services.

How can I accomplish this?

A domain can be added by calling in with our support teams whenever you need immediate assistance at 1-800-391-3000. On the weekends or if you don't have time to call in, we can submit them as well. Send us a direct message. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Thank you for your response. For some reason, "Xfinity Support" does not pop up for me when I try to DM.
