Need CNAME A record added to comcast domain

I bought a comcast static IP and a comcast domain.  I need CNAME A-record to be added to Comcast subdomain with specific static IP.

 

Cust Help could not help, they are redirecting me to website builder which has option to add CNAME A-records.

 

Any help on how to do it or any tech support help ?

Hello omega and welcome,

 

Please clarify the following:

1. Is the "  "  one that you have added using the following ? Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting

 

This MUST be done to add and register your domain into the Comcast umbrella, if you will. You will see specific CNAM record address insertion as part of adding your existing domain process above. You cannot use the Web sitebuilder to add or change CNAM records unless your domain has been added and registered under the Business Class Portal.
