Need a /24 UNdelegated

Hello, I manage DNS/rDNS for a bunch of companies. One of which previously had a /24 on a fiber line that has since been cancelled. Problem is it looks as though I'm still delegated for the reverse. What's the easiest way to undo that? The /24 is 107.1.241
