Manage domain not working

Hi everyone,

 

Is anyone else uable to log into the manage domain section on the comcast portal? I get the message that they are not able to load my information, and to refresh the page to try again. This has been going on for a few days.

Hello JHarbour and welcome,

 

If you are referring to your registered domain (typically known as your 3 page free Comcast website), I am not having any issues with mine right now. I can access the manage domain or edit websites links with no errors. You may want to make sure that your original registered domain name was authorized by Comcast. If any user gets any manage domain errors this is sometime due to the actual domain name not being authenticated by Comcast. Lastly, if you continue to have mysterious errors, please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies because sometime a clog in here could be the cause of browser stack code access.
