Jumping on the Reverse DNS bandwagon

Hi,

I've got a new set of IP addresses for my Comcast Business connection and need some rDNS entries; I had hoped to use the support chat instead of calling so that I don't have to spell out a bunch of domain names to someone over the phone, but it doesn't seem like chat support actually exists?

Anyway I see a lot of folks here making requests so - can someone help me set up reverse DNS entries for a handful of IPs?

Please send us a private message with your name, business name, and service address to "Comcast Business" by clicking on the chat icon at the top right of the page.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response! I clicked the chat icon and it wants me to put in the name of a person, but there's no Comcast_Jeniece on the list; just _Jessie, _Justin, _Julie, and _John ... am I doing it wrong?  😅

You will just need to send the message to Comcast Business as we are a team here to help you with getting this completed. Let me know if you are having issues with sending that message!
