Incoming mail

We recently switched over to Comcast and are having the biggest trouble ever to receive emails on both Microsoft outlook and Comcast e-mail online. I’ve called Comcast numerous times and they still can’t resolve my issue. I’ve never had this problem with my previous internet provider.

Hello SPS and welcome,

 

Could you please share if you are having issues with a.) @comcast.net , b.) @BusName.comcastbiz.net or c.)  OwnDomain. com email accounts?

 

If it is b. or c. , then login to the Business Class Portal within your administrator email account, then click Email under Manage Services, then click View DNS Info. This provides all the incoming, outgoing, email server addresses that your Outlook 2010 should be configured with.
