I'm looking to get classless rDNS delegation done
I've seen a few old posts on the Internet where comcast will do classless rDNS delegation to your nameservers if you have static IPs. I have static IP addresses and I've been fighting to get support to acknowledge that this is a supported configuration

We understand how important reverse DNS configuration can be for managing your network. Classless rDNS delegation is supported for customers with static IPs, but it isn’t something that can be set up directly through this platform.
To get this configured, you’ll need to contact our Business Services support team, as they handle all static IP and DNS-related requests. You can reach them at 1-800-391-3000 or through your Xfinity Business account portal under Network Services > Reverse DNS. They’ll be able to review your static IP assignment and complete the delegation for you.
