I need to have PTR records set up

Not a problem! Please follow these steps to send a DM:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Can you let me know approximately how long this will take so that I can inform my clients?  (Google is rejecting emails without PTR records) Thank you.
