Help Verifying Domain

I am trying to transfer my company's domain, littlejohnmann.com, to comcast business and am stuck.  I added the CNAME value to my DNS table at my current host over a week ago and still have not receive verification and see the red x on my status page (see attached image for CNAME entry, maybe it is not right?).

I am hoping that tech support will see this post and the image and check on status and reply to my post.
