Finalizing email migration to Office 365

Hello,

I recently was told that I’d need to migrate my email to Office 365. I had my nephew in to help with this and we got a subscription to Office 365 created, and downloaded Office 2016 from the Microsoft Portal website. We couldn’t find any information on how to actually migrate the email accounts over to the new 365 subscription. Is this something anyone can assist with?
