Email servers on Blacklist

We've been having issues over the last couple of weeks where some customers are not receiving our emails, similarly some of my users are unalbe to email other users on the same domain. I was looking into it today and found 2 of the servers we use are showing blacklisted, I'm just curious what can be done about this.
