Can anybody provide any insight into adding a new user with doman email? As usual the Comcrap site is less than useful. I have a new person starting on Monday, I need to get her an email address. When I logon as admin on office.com I'm told that I need to contact ComCrap as I don't have any lice

Ok, so our migration which was to occur on Monday actually took place on Wednesday - hey what's 2 days. At any rate, perhaps I'm naive but somehow I missed that the Outlook Assistant was going to turn all of my Outlook pop connections to MS Exchange. No big deal, most of my users are still getting

We've been having issues over the last couple of weeks where some customers are not receiving our emails, similarly some of my users are unalbe to email other users on the same domain. I was looking into it today and found 2 of the servers we use are showing blacklisted, I'm just curious what can b

I have a user who recently upgraded to a Samsung 4 Android phone. His previous phone was a blackberry and he experienced no issues with receiving email. Comcast hosts our domain email account. He is now reporting that his messages "fall off" his phone - or basically just disappear, often times be

Our domain is @rpsimaging.com - comcast does not host our website, but they certainly do host our email. Thanks,Bryan

I have been attempting since 4/9 to create either a forward or an alias for an employee who recently left our company. I opened a support ticket on 4/9 and at that time was told it would be elevated to tier 2. On 4/14 I called back and was told my issue was resolve (it was not) and at that time I
