If you are a business class pportal email customer, please try either smtp port 587 or 995. So you are manually configuring and email account and the smtp access timeout will vary due to device running the email application dependency. I recommend that you start with 100 seconds and this is somewhat of an smtp access timeout standard. You must be careful of the exact units of measurement you device application is asking for and make the necessary conversion.
