Email getting bounced - flagged spam

Dear Comcast,

The block of IP's you assigned me got put on the APEWS and recently I'm getting bounced from q.com as "spam" content, even though I've sent this same structure of email to people that want the data for the past three weeks without any problem.

Hello tgeairn,

Welcome to the forum.

The community would like to help, but could you clarify few items for us?

1. When did this issue started?

2. Have you try to send your email via Webmail?

Thank you

Comcast-

I am getting a  message from one of our e-mail accounts-

omta02.westchester.pa.hmc1.comcast.net.

Bounce back messages exceed email.

I have run Norton a few times but it still continues to not allow sender to send out e-mails. She can recieve just not send.

Thanks,

Rich
