Hi there, my ipv4 rdns entries are not properly resolving any longer. Can you either fix this or allow me to resolve my own rdns by forwarding requests to my DNS servers? Personal customer information hidden Personal customer information hidden Personal customer information hidden Personal custom

I recently added a static IP to my account. Before doing so, I asked several people in customer service if I would get static IPv6 addresses with my static IPv4 address. I got a different answer from each person I asked. I got so many different answers, I gave up and didn't even want the static addr

Hello, I was reading on the support site here that every customer gets a static ipv6 block, no charge. When I go to view my static addresses on my account, only my IPv4 /29 info comes up. How do I get my static ipv6 block?

Dear Comcast, The block of IP's you assigned me got put on the APEWS and recently I'm getting bounced from q.com as "spam" content, even though I've sent this same structure of email to people that want the data for the past three weeks without any problem. Report from APEWS: Entry matching your
