Email forwarding dashboard broken

My email forwarding dashboard in the Comcast Business Class portal is broken. I just want to get rid of all entries and start over. They SEEM to go away, I get a popup confirmation that my edits were accepted, but then I check in a few hours and they've come back.

I started a level 2 support trouble ticket, and got no call back in a reasonable amount of time (so level 2 support has not heard yet form me directly. Today, a day having elapsed, I phoned to ask why I had not been contacted.  I was told I'd be phoned on Saturday (really? Saturday?)

I am trying to set up email forwarding from an alias email. Have been trying for days now. It keeps telling me my information is not available. What gives? I just ordered business cards with this email on it and I sure need forwarding to work. Please call me on Monday.

I have email forwards that I put in years ago, that DON'T show in the email forwarding management tool (not any more, anyhow), but they DO continue to work (which is a bit of a security breach, by the way!!!)

I have newer email forwards that DO show in the email forwarding management tool but DON'T work.

Desired to start fresh by getting rid of all vsible and building up from scratch. THEY WON'T GO AWAY.

Level two support ticket  is 4 days old, I have  not even an initial call back. I phoned a couple of additional times to bump. The reply both times was "it is being worked, you will be contacted tomorrow." I don't see how anybody could be working it, because there are insufficent details from me attached to the trouble ticket (unless this is a well known problem affecting lots of users).
