E-Mail Account Set-Up : Not Successful for Two Days
I am a new user, and have not much of knowledge on this type of activities, and having a problem setting up my e-mail account.
I have activated my account, however, as I log into the account and click the "Email" button, the following message appears and I have not been able to use my E-Mail at all.
( I am also now tying to transfer my existing domain name into Comcast and still in the process. )
We’re sorry, but we are unable to retrieve
your information right now.
Try Again...
This message has been showing up for two days.
Please tell me what shall I do next to resolve this problem so that I can start using my E-Mail.
Thank you.

I am new user and trying to transer our existing Dmain into Comcast but having a kind of trouble (maybe just taking time?).
( Unfortunately, we have no IT personnel in our office, thus, I, who has not much of knowledge, am working on it. )
And I am wondering if both of the following Option-1 and Option-2 are done. ( I am wondering it will speed us the transfering process? )
Could anyone advise it to me, please ?
Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting
Step 11:
Check that your domain displays Active on the Manage domains page (and confirm that you have backed up your email and web hosting files). Once active, you have three options from which to choose to use Comcast for:
Option 1. both email and website hosting,
Option 2. just email hosting, or
Option 3. just website hosting.
Directions for options 1, 2 and 3 are as follows:
Option 1. For both email and website hosting through Comcast, access your registrar (e.g., Godaddy.com, Network Solutions) and update the current Name Server entries to the following Comcast addresses:
• adns.cs.siteprotect.com
• bdns.cs.siteprotect.com
Note: If needed, the IP address for adns.cs.siteprotect.com is 64.26.28.8. The IP address for bdns.cs.siteprotect.com is 64.41.123.9
You have now completed integrating your current domain with your Comcast Business Internet service.
Option 2. If you only want Comcast to host your email, you will need to update your MX records with your DNS provider to the correct Comcast MX records as follows:
Sign in to your Comcast Business online account and select Websites from the Manage Services menu.
• Select DNS info for domains.
• The DNS name will display the information for your registered domain.
• The MX records will start with mq01 / mq02 / mx01.

Hello Sawai_FUSA,
Welcome to the forum.
The options are for customers to address their business needs and do not in any way speed the transferring process.
Query though Sawai_FUSA, are you still having this issue?
Thank you
