Domain name - Multiple domains
Considering to use COmcast hosted exchange for domain names.
Looking through steps - pretty similar to migrating a domain to office365 and the such.
My question is - can I add multpe domains to the comcast system.
so:day 1
move domainone.com to comcast
configure email for user1 user1@domainone.com
test - good
add users /mailboxes etc
and on day 2
move domaintwo.com to SAME comcast account.
edit user1
add additional email address
user1@domaintwo.com
and so on -
is this type of setup allowed? or is a comcast account a single domain limit?
Thanks
Dan

Hello danl and welcome,
After you add any domain into the Business Class Portal (BCP), you should always revisit the ManageServices.Email, View DNS Info to see what are the exact domain update addresses. Each domain will have its dedicated set of domain specific addresses. So as long as you use this information to configure Outlook, it runs absolutely fine. Lastly, any BCP webmail address does have spam/junk mail filtering, blocking, etc. setup configuration typically available always to the Administrator.
Hope this helps you out.

Hello VBSSP-RICH,
Thanks for the post!
Great call on checking on the DNS records as the domain updates.

Welcome to the forum.
To your question, yes you can use multiple domains with our service, but please note that we can only be your SOA to those domains and not the registrar.
Here is our online article how to: Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting.
Thank you

Thanks for the update.
For everyone out there-
After transfering email to comcast systems, do you have issues with Outlook autodiscovery and other normal items?
Control panel for configuring email options - simple or robust? Are there options to control spam filtering, blocking emails etc?
thanks in advanced
