Domain host transfer
We are a new customer and I'm trying to transfer our domain to Comcast.
I added the CNAME entry with our old provider and that progressed us to step 3 (Verify Ownership) in the process.
Is there something I need to do to complete step 3?.... I have gone through and clicked on "Verify Ownership" a few times, but it's a circular route....
I have a call into tech support, but from other postings here it seems I might get more attention by posting here...
Thanks,
Larry

I got a call from Tier 2 yesterday afternoon. Something on the back end was hanging it up and he wasn't able to make it work.
He elevated it to an engineer to fix it and it was up and running this morning.

Hello LarryD and welcome,
It usually takes betwee 8 to 24 hours for the CNAM record to be changed. It is always a good idea to log into your administrative email account, the click Manage Services.Email. View DNS Info and in this area are all the necessary domain name or email addresses that are pertinent to any of your doamin or email setup.
Hope this helps you out.

The CNAME record has been changed and verified, that's why step 2 is completed.
I'm still waiting for step 3 to be completed, which, I think, will then give me DNS control for my domain.
I can't figure out why step 2 is complete and not step 3.... I have clicked on the "Verify Domain Ownership" button many many times....
